The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested Proponents for the supply and delivery of one (1) new custom chassis pumper/rescue fire truck to the City of Pembroke Fire Department by October 1, 2018.

All questions relating to this RFP will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, October 26, 2017.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked to contents, will be received by the undersigned until 2:00:59 p.m. local time on Wednesday, November 8, 2017. Electronic submissions are not acceptable. Language for proposal submission is English. There will not be a public opening.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
