RFP-2017-05 – General Insurance and Risk Management Services

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for General Insurance and Broker Services, is released on behalf of all listed Municipalities:
- The Corporation of the County of Lanark
- The Corporation of Tay Valley Township
- The Corporation of the Township of Lanark Highlands
Each Municipality is insured under its own program but all share a common renewal date of January 1, 2018. The Municipalities are issuing an RFP for General Insurance and Broker Services jointly but require that coverage and premium be quoted individually. There is no requirement that there be agreement between the Municipalities as to the choice of any Proposal and each of the County and Townships final selection shall be made independently. Should the same Proponent be selected by all Municipalities, this result shall be based solely on the quality of the Proposal and not by mutual consent.
