Family and Children’s Services of Renfrew County is a not-for-profit agency providing child protection services, developmental services, supervised access and family visitation and exchange services, infant development programs, and Early Years programs throughout Renfrew County.
FCSRC is requesting proposals as follows:
The Agency’s head office is located at 77 Mary Street in Pembroke. The building is 3 floors and roughly 17,000 square feet, and houses approximately 60 employees as well as network infrastructure, meeting space, and file storage. There are also two tenants in the building. This request for proposals is being issued to select a Project Manager to undertake oversight of renovations to this building. The Agency seeks to update the space to accommodate open work spaces, make it flow more appropriately to service delivery, present as more friendly to clients, and best utilize available square footage.
Mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 12, 2017, at 3:30 pm, at 77 Mary Street, Pembroke, Ontario. Visitors will be required to sign in.
The closing date for proposal submission is November 6, 2017, at 12:00 noon (the “closing date”). To be eligible for consideration, proposals must be received by noon on the closing date.
