Consultant Services for New Comprehensive Zoning By- Law RFP No.P-19-01

Closing: March 18, 2019 at 2:00pm.

The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested proponents for the provision of planning consultant services to review and update the City’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law as per Section 26(9) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended.

The target date to complete this project is on or about December 3, 2019. A complete PDF version of the Request for Proposal (RFP) document will be available on Friday, February 22, 2019, free of charge, through email request to [email protected]. All questions relating to this RFP will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 pm local time on Monday, March 11, 2019.

Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the undersigned until 2:00:59 pm, local time, Monday, March 18, 2019. Electronic submissions are not acceptable. Language for proposal submission is English. There will not be a public opening.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
