Wireless Microphones & New Sound System for Council Chambers

The County of Lanark is inviting proposals to supply and install wireless microphones and a new sound system for council chambers, located at 99 Christie Lake Road, Perth.  The purpose of the microphone and sound system is to ensure that the discussion held in all areas of the council chambers can be heard by all participants and attendees.

The council chambers is 1735 square feet.  The room includes fixed desks (horseshoe style) that seat 18 members of council, an additional fixed desk at the front of the room that seats 4 (3 staff members and a Chair) and one fixed podium. The existing wired microphone system is a SHURE Conference ONE1.

The existing sound system is a Electro-Voice MA-1206 and a Kramer Electronics VP-23 multi-format presentation switcher with stereo audio.
