The City of Pembroke is inviting written proposals from qualified firms to provide a Transportation Feasibility Study to determine an optimal transit solution (if any) for its residents, businesses, and visitors. The aim will be to best facilitate the movement of residents, workers, and visitors throughout the municipality. The Transportation Feasibility Study should examine all potential options ranging from no transit to micro-transit, to a full city bus system.
Proposals for RFP No. P-21-07 – Transportation Feasibility Study will be received no later than 2:00:59 p.m., Local Time, Thursday, May 13, 2021.
Language of proposal submissions is English. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. There will not be a public opening.
Proponents shall submit an emailed copy of their proposal, with signature, to [email protected] and subject of the email shall read: RFP Submission Re: P21-07 Transportation Feasibility Study. No hard copy proposals will be accepted.
All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 pm local time on Thursday, May 06, 2021. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
