The Renfrew County District School Board is issuing a Request for Tender for the Supply and Installation of Lockers and Locker Doors at Various RCDSB Locations.
Mandatory site visits are scheduled for Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at the following locations and times:
- 9:00am – Arnprior District High School, 59 Ottawa Street, Arnprior, ON
- 11:00am – Cobden Public School, 16 Cowley Street, Cobden, ON
- 1:30pm – Fellowes High School, 420 Bell Street, Pembroke, ON
- 3:30pm – Mackenzie Community School, 87 Brockhouse Way, Deep River, ON
Bidders will be met by a RCDSB Representative at the front entrance of each location. Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visits, have their attendance recorded and are registered as a Plan Taker on the RCDSB’s Bids & Tenders webpage will be eligible to submit a bid.
Sealed submissions clearly labelled with RFT #2017-16 will be received by 2:00:00pm on Friday, March 24, 2017.
The Renfrew County District School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions. Lowest or any submission not necessarily accepted.
