The Renfrew County District School Board is issuing a Request for Tender for the Supply and Installation of a Natural Gas Fired Emergency Generator at the RCDSB Administration Office, Pembroke, ON.
A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Monday, March 20, 2017 at 09:00am at the RCDSB Administration Office, 1270 Pembroke St. West, Pembroke, ON.
Bidders will be met by a RCDSB Representative at the front entrance of the location. Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visit, have their attendance recorded and are registered as a Plan Taker on the RCDSB’s Bids & Tenders webpage will be eligible to submit a bid.
Sealed submissions clearly labelled with RFT #2017-10 will be received by 2:00:00pm on Thursday, March 30, 2017.
The Renfrew County District School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions. Lowest or any submission not necessarily accepted.
