The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested suppliers to supply and deliver one new current model year diesel powered single axle cab and chassis with combination dump-spreader system and 11-foot hydraulic plow with 10-foot hydraulic wing to the City of Pembroke Operations Department, Pembroke.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Jennifer Eve, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke or an electronic PDF version emailed to [email protected] until April 22, 2021 at 2:00pm.
The RFP document is available free of charge, through email request to [email protected]. Language of proposal submissions is English. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. There will not be a public opening.
The procurement of goods and services specified in the proposal documents is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA). The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
