#2017-19 – Supply and Installation of Interior Lighting

Closing: Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. local time
The Renfrew County District School Board is issuing a Request for Tender for the Supply and Installation of Interior Lighting to Champlain Discovery PS and Mackenzie Community School.
Mandatory Site Visits are scheduled for Thursday, May 18, 2017. Contractors shall meet at 9:00am at Champlain Discovery Public School, 390 Bell Street, Pembroke, ON. Once the site visit is complete, Contractors will proceed to Mackenzie Community School, Deep River, ON.
Bidders will be met by a representative from the RCDSB at the front entrance of the location. Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visits, have their attendance recorded and are registered as a Plan Taker on the RCDSB’s Bids & Tenders webpage will be eligible to submit a bid.
Sealed submissions clearly labelled with RFT #2017-19 will be received by 02:00:00pm on Wednesday, May 31, 2017.
