The County of Renfrew is requesting quotations for contractors to complete balcony repairs on our property at 515 River Road, Pembroke Ontario.
Proponents are invited to a mandatory site meeting on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 starting at 10am at the parking lot of 515 River Road. Any contractor showing up after 10am will be turned away.
Proponents are invited to submit appropriate documentation as outlined in the proposal documents before 2:00 p.m. on October 7, 2020.
The County of Renfrew reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions. The County of Renfrew reserves the right to select any or no firms for interviews and appointments through this solicitation.
