The Municipality of Mississippi Mills is seeking consulting proposals to undertake a service delivery review of the Recreation and Culture Department.

Please provide three copies of your service proposal, and two sealed copies of your financial proposal, signed by an authorized official, in a sealed package, clearly identified as to contents.
Proposals must be received at this location no later than 12 o’clock noon LOCAL TIME, on Tuesday, November 21, 2017.
Proposals received after the above due date and time will not be considered, but will be returned unopened, to the Consultant.
