RFP – Purchase of Trommel Screener

Ottawa Valley Waste Recovery Centre (OVWRC) is requesting proposals to purchase one (1) used trommel screener to be delivered to OVWRC by April 1, 2017. Units with a stacker included would be preferred but not essential. Currently, OVWRC is using a McCloskey 512 screener, approximately 300hrs/year to process compost, sand, ground wood and topsoil. Unit must have, at minimum, a 1/2’’ or 3/8’’ screen.
RFP Submission: Interested suppliers are asked to provide written proposals with a quote that includes the cost of delivery to OVWRC. Submissions will be accepted until February 17, 2017, 1:00PM via fax, email or mail.
OVWRC staff will require an opportunity to physically inspect all units being considered.
