Renfrew County Housing Corporation is requesting a proposal for repairs-replacement to the existing Brick for 260 Elizabeth Street North Apartment building Pembroke. Work is to include but not limited to all labour, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits and incidentals required to complete this work.
Proponents are invited to a mandatory site meeting on, March 24, 2021 starting at 10:00am at the parking lot of 260 Elizabeth Street North, Pembroke. Any contractor showing up after 10:00am will be turned away. Proponents are invited to submit appropriate documentation as outlined in the proposal documents before 2:00 p.m. E.S.T. April 14, 2021.
