The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested Proponents for the provision of Engineering Design and Contract Administration services required for the reconstruction of Nelson Street from Mackay Street to Howard Street, a distance of approximately 1.4 km., and the twinning of the existing force main from the Mackay Lift Station to Maple Avenue.

Sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the undersigned until 2:00:59 p.m. local time on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Faxed submissions are not acceptable.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
