The Township of Whitewater Region is seeking proposals from qualified bidders for a Community Improvement Plan (Phase Two).

Submissions will be received in a sealed envelope, clearly marked as to its contents using the cover page provided by the Township of Whitewater Region, no later than 3:00 PM local time on Tuesday, October 24, 2017.
Bids received later than the time specified will not be accepted regardless of the postal cancel date. Bids will be opened in public after 3:00 PM same day.
Questions related to this proposal, specifications or the intent of the proposed work and requirements are to be received by noon on Wednesday, October 18, 2017.
