The Phoenix Centre for Children and Families has issued a Request For Proposal for the Revision of the Compensation System for Employees of The Phoenix Centre.
Objective: To provide make recommendations to improve the compensation system for The Phoenix Centre employees. The Phoenix Centre for Children and Families is an accredited Children’s Mental Health Centre providing a wide range of services in Renfrew County. With a staff of 40 employees we are in the process of reviewing our current compensation system to ensure that it is fair, competitive and affordable.
Deadline for completion of the contract is December 20, 2019.
