The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals for project management services for the construction of a new aquatic centre. Representing the client (City of Pembroke) throughout all phases of the project, services shall include coordination and management of project administration, procurement, planning and design, construction and project close-out. The construction will be completed using the design-build methodology.
The target completion of the project is late fall of 2023. The total project cost is in the area of $9-12 million. It is the intent of the City of Pembroke to retain one firm as the project manager for the duration of the project. The successful proponent will not be eligible for any procured services of design, construction administration or building construction.
