The City of Pembroke is inviting written proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide engineering services related to a city-wide flood risk assessment and storm outlet review.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Jennifer Eve, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke or an electronic PDF version emailed to [email protected] until 2:00:59 p.m., local time, Tuesday, June 29, 2021.
The request for proposal (RFP) document is available free of charge, through email request to [email protected]. Language of proposal submissions is English. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. There will not be a public opening.
All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 pm local time on Tuesday, June 22, 2021. The procurement of service specified in the proposal document is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA). The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
