The City of Pembroke has issued a tender for the Reconstruction of Victoria Street, Tender Contract No. 2164302A.

Tenders will be opened in public immediately following closing time.
The tender is for the reconstruction of Victoria Street from Renfrew Street to the railroad right of way (past Lake Street). This work includes grading, granular base, hot mix paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water system, utilities and landscaping. Anticipated construction start date is June 3,
Complete tender documents, in a standard paper version, may be obtained from, Jp2g Consultants Inc., 12 International Drive, Pembroke, Ontario, on payment of a non-refundable cost of $100.00 per set. Cheques should be made payable to Jp2g Consultants Inc. Tender sets will be available for pick up beginning Monday, March 11, 2019, during regular office hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 5:00 pm local time on Thursday, March 28, 2019.
The successful bidder will be required to file with the owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) business days of being awarded the contract.
The procurement of goods and services specified in the tender documents is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
