Sealed Tenders, on forms supplied by the City of Pembroke, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 p.m. local time, Thursday, July 6, 2017. Tenders will be opened in public immediately following closing time.
The general scope of work consists of full depth road reconstruction and asphalt paving from Christie Street to Doran Street, including minor storm system work, the reinstatement/construction of concrete sidewalk, residential driveways, as well as landscaping to match into adjoining properties.
Complete Tender documents will be available Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from the City of Pembroke Operations Department at the address noted below, during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm) or an electronic version is available by request to the email address below.
A certified cheque, bank draft or money order not less than the amount specified in the Tender document must accompany each Tender and the successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond and 50% Material and Labour Payment Bond upon execution of the Contract agreement.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted.
