The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested suppliers to Supply & Deliver One (1) Current Year Articulated Four-Wheel Drive Front End Loader with Wing and Plow.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Jennifer Eve, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON K8A 1A1 or an electronic PDF version emailed to [email protected] until 2pm on Thursday October 07, 2021.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) document may be obtained, free of charge, through email request to [email protected]. Language of proposal submissions is English. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. There will not be a public opening.
All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 pm local time on Wednesday September 29, 2021.
The procurement of goods and services specified in the proposal documents is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA).
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
