The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested Proponents for the provision of Proposal No. P-18-01 – Janitorial and Building Maintenance Services, including daily cleaning operations, periodic cleaning operations, garbage and recycling collection, mechanical systems checks, and minor maintenance activities, for the Pembroke OPP Detachment, 77 International Drive, Pembroke.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the Pembroke OPP Detachment, 77 International Drive, Pembroke.
All questions relating to this RFP will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 p.m. local time on Monday, February 12, 2018.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked to contents, will be received by the undersigned until 2:00:59 p.m. local time Friday, February 16, 2018. Electronic submissions are not acceptable. Language for proposal submission is English. There will not be a public opening.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
