Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to its contents, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 pm, local time, Tuesday, August 8, 2017.
Construction consists of the installation of a 17.8 m of 1200 mm diameter concrete storm sewer and two 2400 mm diameter manholes, including related earthworks and reinstatement between Alfred Street East and Pembroke Street East.
Complete tender documents may be obtained from McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd., 115 Walgreen Road R.R.3 Carp, ON K0A 1L0, on payment of a non-refundable cost of $75.00 per set. Cheques should be made payable to McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd. Tender sets will be available beginning on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 during regular office hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
The successful bidder will be required to file with the City of Pembroke the specified bonds and insurance within ten working days of being awarded the Contract.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted by the Corporation.
