RFT 2017-01 – Flat Roof & HVAC Unit Replacement
County of Renfrew
Mandatory Site Meeting: May 31, 2017 at 10:30 am.
Closing: Monday, June 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. local time
The County of Renfrew, Bonnechere Manor is seeking Tender Quotes for the replacement of a portion of flat roof and a HVAC unit that sits on that roof at Bonnechere Manor. This is one project with the roofing contractor being the general and the HVAC contractor being the sub- contractor. There is approximately 3500 square feet of roofing in three sections and the HVAC involves replacing a 800 MBH direct fired make-up air unit with associated 16 ton condensing unit with a new 8 ton packaged indirect gas/electric DX rooftop unit.
The project timeframe is: September 5 to October 13, 2017.
A mandatory site meeting is set for May 31, 2017 at 10:30 am. Contractors interested in bidding on the tender must register for the site meeting with Dianne Johnston at [email protected] Contract documents and requirement specifications will be available at the site meeting.
