Tender No. 17-24 – Exterior Lighting Installation / Replacement at Various Municipal Facilities

Tenders are invited for the installation/replacement of exterior lighting at various Municipal Facilities. Upgrading pot lights and wall packs with new LED fixtures and the installation of new wall packs, flush mounts and pole lighting at select Municipal parking lots.
Scope of Work:
To replace various exterior pot lights and wall pack fixtures with new LED lighting fixtures. To supply and install new fixtures, wiring, conduit where required at various Municipal Facilities. All material to be of new construction. Alternative fixtures specification sheets to accompany bid. All fixtures must meet Municipal By-law 03-62 for dark skies. All work shall be completed in accordance with National and Ontario Building and Electrical Codes.
SEALED TENDERS on forms supplied by the Municipality of Mississippi Mills will be received by the undersigned at the Municipal Offices, located at 3131 Old Perth Road, Almonte until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday November 29, 2017 for ‘Tender No. 17- 24 -” Exterior Lighting Installation / Replacement at Various Municipal Facilities”. Tenders will be opened in public at the Municipal Offices immediately following the tender closing.

A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, November 23, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Municipal offices, 3131 Old Perth Road, Almonte. All interested bidders should attend in order to be eligible to bid.
