The Town of Smiths Falls is seeking proposals from businesses to lease a parcel of land and a small municipally owned building along the waterfront in downtown Smiths Falls, specifically in Murphy Park and Centennial Park.
This new development will provide an opportunity for a business to become an anchor in the waterfront area and to further solidify the waterfront as a destination for residents and visitors. We are seeking applications that will enhance the quality of life within the community, and encourage waterfront activities.
Specifications and form of EOI must be obtained by all who wish to submit a proposal from the Community Services Office, Tana Torch, Booking and Administrative Clerk via email at [email protected] or phone at 613-283-4124 ext. 6103.
Proposals will be reviewed and a selection made from bids received. The town reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals at its discretion and or reserves the right to cancel this EOI.
