Engineered Containment Mound Weather Cover Concept Design

CNL is seeking information and capabilities to develop a Conceptual Design Requirements Document (CDRD) and conceptual design for a weather cover to prevent and minimize precipitation infiltration into the Engineered Containment Mound (ECM) active disposal cell and the Temporary Storage Waste Receiving and Processing Area (TSWRPA) within ECM to keep the waste dry during waste handling, placement and storage (operations).
