Township of McNab/Braeside

The Township of McNab/Braeside is inviting tenders from qualified and experienced General Contractors for the construction of a new 8300 sqft Municipal Office and the renovation of an existing 5050 sqft building into a multi-purpose recreational space. The work also includes all associated site works, to be located at 2473 Russett Drive, Arnprior, Ontario.
Sealed tenders will be received until 1:00:00 PM local time, Monday, October 30, 2017.

Hard copies of the Bid Documents will not be provided to any bidder. Bid documents are made available only for the purpose of obtaining offers for this project. Their provision and use does not confer a license or grant for other purposes. A complete set of bid documents will be placed with the Ottawa Construction Association.
A mandatory bidder conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM local time, Monday, October 23, 2017 at the project site, 2473 Russett Drive, Arnprior.
The Township reserves the right to accept any offer and/or reject all offers, without financial penalty or otherwise, at their sole discretion.
