The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified proponents to deliver the inspection and assessment services to complete Building Conditions Assessments and Capital Expenditures Forecasts for a total of five facilities throughout the City of Pembroke.
Anticipated completion of the work is February 2022.
Proponents shall submit an emailed PDF copy of their proposal, with signature, to [email protected] and subject of the email shall read: RFP Submission Re: P-21-05 Building Condition Assessments. No hard copy proposals will be accepted.
Proposal documents may be obtained, free of charge, through email request to [email protected]. Language of proposal submissions is English. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. There will not be a public opening.
All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 pm local time on Thursday July 29, 2021. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
