There will be a mandatory site meeting on February 28, 2022 at 10:00 am. Contractors seeking to review the site must register for the site visit by contacting Chris Pleau. Registration shall include company name, address, phone number, email, and contact person. Contractors will be shown the job site and be given a tender package.
Due to the current pandemic, all persons visiting Miramichi Lodge for this RFT will be required to have proof of vaccination and a negative rapid test (to be completed on site and will take approximately 15 minutes) for COVID-19 before being granted access to the building. Miramichi Lodge will supply a medical grade mask that is to be worn by all persons at all times while inside the building. This same requirement will be applied to the successful bidder of this RFT for all work done on Miramichi Lodge property.
