Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received for the construction of the Kin Hut parking lot at the Petawawa Civic Centre as well as the rehabilitation of Volunteer Way from Civic Centre Road to the access to the Civic Centre Complex (a distance of 325 m) including grading, granular base, hot mix paving, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt sidewalk, storm sewers and landscaping.
Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc. An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved.
The successful bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified bonds and insurance within 10 days of being awarded the contract.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
