The City of Pembroke is seeking a qualified contractor for the demolition of a building located at 411 Pembroke Street West. Work will include full demolition, the removal and disposal of all materials, capping of existing services (water, storm and sanitary) at property line and site restoration.
All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Friday October 22, 2021.
