The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested Proponents for the provision of design and contract administration services for various roofing and siding projects within the City of Pembroke. Design services are required for the WPP Administration Building roof and rain screen, PMC upper level roof, PMC lower level roof and upper level siding, City Hall second floor roof, and the PCC Administrative Building roof.

Sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the undersigned until 2:00:59 PM LOCAL TIME, Thursday, June 8th, 2017. Faxed submissions are not acceptable.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
