The Renfrew County District School Board is issuing a Request for Tender for an Air Handling Unit Retrofit at Mackenzie Community School, Deep River, ON.
A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 10:00 am at Mackenzie Community School, 87 Brockhouse Way, Deep River, ON.
Bidders will be met by a representative from the RCDSB at the front entrance of the location. Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visit, have their attendance recorded and are registered as a Plan Taker on the RCDSB’s Bids & Tenders webpage will be eligible to submit a bid.
Sealed submissions clearly labelled with RFT #2017-23 will be received by 2:00 pm on Friday, June 23, 2017.
The Renfrew County District School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions. Lowest or any submission not necessarily accepted.
