The Renfrew County District School Board is issuing a Request for Tender for the Supply and Installation of New Flooring in the Wood Shop at Arnprior District High School, Arnprior, ON.
A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 03:00pm at Arnprior District High School, 59 Ottawa Street, Arnprior, ON.
Please be advised that the RCDSB will be holding 2nd Mandatory Site Meeting for this Project on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 01:00pm at Arnprior District High School, 59 Ottawa Street, Arnprior, ON.
Bidders who attended the first mandatory site visit on Wednesday, June 28th do not need to attend this second scheduled site visit.
Only those Bidders who attend the Mandatory Site Meeting and have their attendance recorded by the RCDSB representative will be eligible to submit a bid. All other bids will be immediately rejected. Please ensure that either yourself or a representative is able to attend.
Bidders will be met by a RCDSB Representative at the front entrance of the location. Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visit, have their attendance recorded and are registered as a Plan Taker on the RCDSB’s Bids & Tenders webpage will be eligible to submit a bid.
Sealed submissions clearly labelled with RFT #2017-24 will be received by 02:00:00pm on Monday, July 10, 2017.
The Renfrew County District School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions. Lowest or any submission not necessarily accepted.
