For the construction of Skead Road-Lakewoods Drive near Barry’s Bay, Ontario from Highway 60 westerly for approximately 7km. Work includes but is not limited to road restoration, granular placement, double surface treatment, and guide rail installation.

An optional pre-bid meeting will be conducted by the owner on January 6, 2021 at 11:00 am local time. The meeting will take place on-site with appropriate COVID precautions in place. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting shall be recorded.
A certified cheque or bid bond, not less than the amount specified in the tender documents, and bonding requirements must accompany each tender. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance bond and 50% labour and material bond upon execution of the contract agreement.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
