The City of Pembroke has issued a tender for Supply and Installation of Concrete Training Pad at the Pembroke Fire Hall Tender Contract T-20-14.
Hard copy sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents and on forms supplied by the city, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 p.m., local time, Thursday, October 1 , 2020.
Tenders will not be opened in public. Unofficial bid results will be emailed to all those who submitted bids, shortly after tender opening. Language of tender submissions is English. The general scope of work consists of excavation of earth and existing granular, installation of a concrete training pad with dimensions 12.20m by 12.20m including Granular ‘A’ base and rebar wiring.
Anticipated date of construction completion is November 20, 2020.

All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 pm, local time, on Friday, September 25, 2020. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
