Sealed Tenders, on forms supplied by the City of Pembroke, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until 2:00:59 p.m. local time, Thursday, August 3, 2017, for the Reconstruction of Dunlop StreetTenders will be opened in public immediately following closing time.
The general scope of work consists of partial depth road reconstruction and asphalt paving from Mackay Street to Maple Street, including the reinstatement of residential driveways, as well as landscaping to match into adjoining properties.
Complete Tender documents will be available Thursday, July 13, 2017 from the City of Pembroke Operations Department at the address noted below, during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm) or an electronic version is available by request to the email address below.
A certified cheque, bank draft, money order or bid bond not less than the amount specified in the Tender document must accompany each Tender and the successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond and 50% Material and Labour Payment Bond upon execution of the Contract agreement.
