Family and Children’s Services of Renfrew County is a not-for-profit agency providing child protection services, developmental services, supervised access and family visitation and exchange services, infant development programs, and Early Years programs throughout Renfrew County.
The Corporate Services Team includes Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources & Payroll, and Administrative Services. The team is comprised of one director, four supervisors, and seventeen employees. The Agency’s organizational chart is attached as Appendix A.
The Agency wishes to undergo an operational and process review of corporate services and how those align in achieving organizational results as set in our strategic plan including a review of inputs/processes/results, and identification of inefficiencies and recommended enhancements. A focus on lean practices and continuous quality improvement will help the team adapt, progress, and excel.
