Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Mr. Sean Patterson, Director of Public Works, Town of Deep River, 100 Deep River Road, Deep River, before 2:00:59 p.m. local time, Wednesday, November 1, 2017.
for the replacement of the sanitary sewer on Parkdale Avenue from the manhole at Summer Street (PA3) south approximately 100m to the next manhole (PA4). Construction to include subdrain installation and full road restoration (grading, granular base, hot mix paving).
Tenders will be opened in public immediately following closing time.
Complete tender documents will be available for pickup from the Town of Deep River, 100 Deep River Road, Deep River, during regular office hours. Alternatively, an electronic version is available by request from Jessy Pace at [email protected].
A site visit can be scheduled upon request.
The successful Bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract.
The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted.
