Beckwith Township has issued tender #2019-01 – Foster & Campbell Municipal Drain Maintenance.
Sealed tenders on forms provided by the township will be received in envelopes clearly marked as “Tender # 2019-01, Beckwith Township – Foster and Campbell Municipal Drain Maintenance” and addressed to “Cassandra McGregor, Clerk Administrator, 1702 9th Line Beckwith, Carleton Place, Ontario K7C 3P2” until 12:01 p.m. local time at 12:01pm on Friday, September 13th, 2019.
Beckwith Township is administering the maintenance operations on the Foster and Campbell Municipal Drains just north of 9th Line Road in the Township of Beckwith, approximately 5.5 km north-east of Highway 15. Collectively the Foster and Campbell Municipal Drains require a “bottom-only cleanout” for approximately 2,885 meters; along with clearing and brushing, bank repair-stabilization and the installation of sediment and erosion control measures.
The form of tender is available for pick-up from the township municipal office after 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 3rd, 2019.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
If you should require further information regarding this tender, questions will be accepted up to 12:01pm (noon) on September 10th, 2019, with addendums being issued up to September 11th, 2019.
