Please provide three (3) copies of your service proposal, and two (2) sealed copies of your financial proposal, signed by an authorized official, in a sealed package, clearly identified as to contents and addressed to the address below.
Proposals must be received at this location not later than 12 o’clock noon local time, on Friday, January 5, 2018.
Proposals received after the above due date and time will not be considered, but will be returned unopened to the consultant.
