The County of Renfrew has issued a request for quotation for Traffic Control Equipment & Reflective Sheeting PSW-2020-06.
Quotations on forms supplied by the Department of Public Works & Engineering must be received by the office of the Director of Public Works & Engineering on or before 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, June 18, 2020, by e-mail at [email protected], for the supply and delivery of Signs, Traffic Control Equipment & Reflective Sheeting.
Companies that wish to submit a bid for this contract must register with the department in order to receive the quotation documents and to be eligible to submit a quotation. Quotations submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted.
Electronic PDF files of the plans, specifications and quotation form are free of charge for registered bidders. Hard copy specifications and quotation forms may be obtained from the department for a non-refundable fee of fifty ($50) dollars each unless otherwise stated.
The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted and the county reserves the right to award any portion of these quotations.
