Madawaska Valley has issued a tender for the following surplus equipment:
Item 1: 1995 International Single Axle Truck. Can be viewed at Yard # 2, 39844 Combermere Road.
Item 2: 1990 International Tandem Truck. Can be viewed at Bark Lake Waste Site during regular hours.

Item 4: 15 Scott Air cylinders. 9 MSA Air Cylinders Can be viewed at 17 Billings Street North Fire Hall.
Item 5: 6 Fire Helmets. Can be viewed at 17 Billings Street North Fire Hall.
Item 6: 2 pairs of size 12 rubber boots, 1 size 10 pair of rubber boots. Can be viewed at 17 Billings Street North Hall.
Item 7: Qty 50/ 50 foot lengths of 2 1/2” hose. Can be viewed at 17 Billings Street North Hall.

All tender bids must be sealed and clearly marked with their respective item number (ie: Item 1, Item 2, Item 3, Item 4, Item 5, Item 6 or Item 7) to the undersigned with full name, address, phone numbers, email and bid.
Applications must be received no later than 3:00 p.m on Wednesday September 30, 2020, local time. Bids will be opened at 3:15pm, local time, on the same day in the municipal council chambers and the public is invited to attend. Note COVID-19 social distancing restrictions will apply.
Removal of equipment is the responsibility of the successful bidder and is sold in an “as is where is condition.” Highest bidder not necessarily accepted.
