The City of Pembroke has issued a tender for the Supply & Delivery of Bulk Coarse Highway Salt – 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 Winter Seasons, # T-19-04.

Tenders will be opened in public immediately following closing time.
The requirement is for the supply and delivery of bulk coarse highway salt to the City of Pembroke salt dome, located at the City of Pembroke Quarry Facility, 290 Quarry Road, Pembroke, for the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 winter seasons with an option to extend for two (2) additional winter seasons.

All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 pm local time on Thursday, March 21, 2019.
The procurement of goods and services specified in the tender documents is subject to the provision of the Canadian-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
