The County of Renfrew has issued Request for Tender – Supply and Delivery of Winter Sand – Various Patrol Garages
Sealed tenders on forms supplied by the County of Renfrew Department of Public Works & Engineering, will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2020 for the Supply and Delivery of Winter Sand for the following locations:
- Contract PWO-2020-09 – Calabogie Patrol Garage, Calabogie and also the Town of Arnprior Patrol Garage, Arnprior and the Township of Greater Madawaska Patrol Garages, Calabogie
- Contract PWO-2020-10 – Southwest Patrol Garage, Palmer Rapids
- Contract PWO-2020-11 – White Water Patrol Garage, Pembroke
Companies that wish to submit tenders for these contracts must register with the department in order to receive the tender documents and to be eligible to submit a tender. Tenders submitted by unregistered bidders will not be accepted.
Electronic PDF files of the plans, specifications and tender forms are free of charge for registered bidders.
Hard copy plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the department for a non-refundable fee of fifty ($50) dollars. A public tender opening will not be held. A video of the opening will be available upon request. Bidders will be notified of the results by e-mail.
Fax submissions are not acceptable. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted and the county reserves the right to award any portion of these tenders.
