Take notice that sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of the land described as Parts 3 and 4, 49R-18983, Part of Lot 4, Conc. B or Part 1, 49R-18983, Part of Lot 4, Conc. B, fronting on Allan Drive and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on May 27, 2021, at the Arnprior Municipal Office, 105 Elgin St. West, Arnprior Ontario. The tenders will then be opened in public (Zoom) on the same day as soon as possible after 3:00 p.m. at the Arnprior municipal office, 105 Elgin St. West, Arnprior.

Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed form and the Deposit will be by negotiable cheque payable to the Town of Arnprior to be held in trust without interest pending completion or other termination of this Agreement and to be credited toward the purchaser on completion. The amount of the deposit will be 5 per cent of the amount of the offer. Except as follows, the municipality makes no representation regarding the title to, environmental contamination or any other matters relating to the land to be sold.  Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchasers.
