The Renfrew County Catholic District School Board is issuing a Request for Tender for Roof Replacements at Various RCCDSB Locations.
Mandatory site visits are scheduled for December 1, 2020 at the following locations and times:
- 9:30am – Bishop Smith High School, Renfrew
- 11:00am – Our Lady of Sorrows School, Pembroke
Bidders will be met by a RCCDSB representative at the front entrance of each location. Only those bidders who attend the mandatory site visits, have their attendance recorded and are a registered as a plan taker on the RCCDSB’s bids and tenders webpage will be eligible to submit a bid. Only those bidders who are presenting in good standing with the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association, Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors Association and their affiliated Provincial Association will be eligible to submit a bid.
Sealed submissions cleared labeled with RFT #202001 will be received by 2:00pm on December 15, 2020. The Renfrew County Catholic District School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions. Lowest or any submission not necessarily accepted.
