The County of Renfrew is accepting Proposals for a Pembroke & Area Property Study.
The County of Renfrew is seeking a qualified firm to undertake a review of County owned and leased properties in the City of Pembroke and surrounding area. The study would evaluate lease costs, program space requirements and needs, and provide long term Business Case options, recommendations and opportunities with regards to leased properties and programs in the Pembroke area.

Proponents are invited to submit appropriate documentation as outlined in the proposal documents before 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., July 12, 2017.
The County of Renfrew reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions. The County of Renfrew reserves the right to select any or no firms for interviews and appointments through this solicitation.
